The goal for Thanksgiving was to not over-eat myself out of a good workout on Friday morning. Success. I followed the steps almost to perfection and woke up the next morning refreshed and ready to tackle a solid run and workout. I know my routine is not for everyone, but with some personal modifications on your part, it can be a template for success during any "large meal" gathering event you may find yourself scheduled to attend. Oh, and Christmas is up next....will you find the strength to hit the gym hard on the 26th of December? I know I will.
